Sailboats are magical things. They are more like living beings than static objects. Each has its own personality, its own voice. As such, the boat is never subservient to its master; rather a partnership is formed. They serve as a reminder that we are never fully in control.

We are an unexpected duo of untrained, uninitiated, and rather boring amateur sailors / fully vested, highly trained physicians. This is the story of our adventures at the helm of various sailing vessels as we plod though life's journey together, never fully in control.
